What's New?

Let's see... someones crawling, cutting teeth, growing like weed, taking beautiful photos, eating real food, biting Mama, not pooing and sleeping more. Someones in love with a new truck, building gates, using the potty, growing out of all his clothes, keeping Mama safe and addicted to suckers. Someparents are recovering from sinus misery, beginning district playoffs, rearranging furniture, looking to finish the basement sneaking pureed carrots in the soup and not keeping a clean house. So much to blog. So little time. Stay tuned.

A typical conversation at the table...

Dear Valentine,

Me and Mama and Lauren made you delicious cupcakes for Valentine's Day! I helped! There was minimal finger-licking involved. However, I decided we needed to make sure the cupcakes weren't poisonous... and because I love you...

 I volunteered me and lauren to try them out...

 Great News!! They were super good!

 Lauren's never had a cupcake before, but she thought they were Super Good too.

 I made sure she got all she wanted... that is until Mama said that was enough, because she wanted to sleep that night. Mama's sometimes no fun.

 So before she knew it, I ate the rest of Lauren's too. Lauren's wasn't poisonous either, I was just making sure... Mama said that was enough.   

We saved some for you! Well, that is until I climbed up on the counter and licked the icing off a few more. Those weren't poisonous either, I said we could give them to you, Mama said that wouldn't be a good idea.

I sure did enjoy your Valentine, Valentine. I love cupcakes, but I love you more!
